Andr\u00e9s Rodr\u00edguez joined the Acesco Foundation as an intern in the technical vocational program for radio and television broadcasting. During this time, he fell in love with the Onda Juvenil Communications Collective project and became its director two years later.<\/p>\n
Restless, critical, and with bold questions, these are characteristics that define Andres, who, from his time as an intern, expressed his desire to pursue university studies in Social Communication and Journalism as a professional career, thus defining his life project. Upon learning of his aspirations and abilities, the Acesco Foundation decided to request a higher education scholarship from the Acesco company to make his dream a reality.<\/p>\n
Como director del Colectivo de Comunicaciones Onda Juvenil, ha logrado liderar y gestionar la C\u00e1tedra Manuela Mu\u00f1oz, la cual fue inspirada por el sue\u00f1o de una compa\u00f1era que fallece en un accidente; con el anhelo de brindarle la oportunidad a estudiantes de colegios locales de vivir la experiencia y acercamiento a ser comunicadores sociales, por medio de actividades y capacitaciones en esta \u00e1rea.<\/p>\n
His social commitment to young people and the community in general, combined with his work to highlight the sense of belonging to Malambo, has been key to encouraging citizen participation throughout the municipality.<\/p>\n
Thanks to Andr\u00e9s's efforts, this Chair currently includes volunteer professors who are experts in Social Communication from the most recognized universities in Barranquilla, with the purpose of establishing their own methodologies that aim at the entrepreneurship of young people from Malambo.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
