Asopas is an initiative of 26 panela producers from the Santa Teresa village, who joined together to form the company. They produce high-quality powdered panela, using only natural products in its production, making it a completely healthy product.
Asopas is a response from resilient farmers who faced violence, and today they are an example of peacebuilding.
