Pinar was born as a family business to generate employment in the municipality and help to conserve the environment.
Luz Piedad Tabares and her family are a reflection of the skill and talent that characterize the artisans of Pensilvania, who saw in the scraps from the sawmills of the municipality, a business opportunity.
In 2014 they created their family business, El Pinar, which, with love, dedication and respect for the environment, transforms wood into unique and colorful toys, taking care of every detail for the delight of their customers.
Pinar, through its handcrafted toys, aims to inspire fun and tenderly evoke bygone eras, inviting people to exchange plastic toys for traditional wooden games.
